Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notice periods, refunds and rescheduling rules.
Our goal is to provide quality instruction to all our students. When a lesson is booked, that time slot is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness to both the instructor and other students on the waiting list, the following policy applies to all bookings.
1. Single lesson appointments
The following rules apply to individual lessons booked outside of a block:
- More than 10 days' notice: If you cancel your lesson more than 10 days before the scheduled start time, you are eligible for a full refund.
- Within 10 days of lesson: If you cancel your lesson within 10 days of the start time, the booking is non-refundable. You may reschedule the lesson to a future date/time at no extra cost, provided the request is made 5 or more days before the lesson start time.
2. Blocks of lessons (5 or 10 hour packages)
Block bookings are discounted and intended for committed students. Refunds for blocks are calculated based on the proximity of the next scheduled lesson:
- Lessons scheduled within 10 days: If you cancel your lessons within 10 days of the start time, the booking is non-refundable. You may reschedule the lessons to a future date/time at no extra cost, provided the request is made 5 or more days before the lesson start time.
- Future lessons (beyond 10 days): Any hours remaining in your block that are not scheduled within the 10-day "lock-in" period are fully refundable.
- Calculation: If a refund is issued for a partial block, the lessons already taken (or locked in) will be charged at the standard individual hourly rate, and the remaining balance will be returned.

4. How to cancel or reschedule
To ensure your request is timestamped correctly, please notify your instructor via email — enquiries@limedrivingschool.com. The 10-day window is calculated from the moment the written notice is received.
5. Instructor cancellations
In the rare event that the instructor must cancel a lesson due to vehicle breakdown, illness, or extreme weather:
- The 10-day rule is waived.
- The student will be offered a priority reschedule or a full refund for that specific session.
