Lime Driving School can help new drivers learn the skills required to pass their test as well as deliver refresher lessons for qualified drivers who haven’t driven for a while, want to improve their road safety or just boost their confidence.

There are many areas of driving that you can cover during refresher lessons, here are just a few:

  • Night driving

    Learn in Arabic

Driving instruction can also be given in Arabic by Akram – a multilingual instructor who has lived in the UK for many years and speaks fluent English and Arabic. However, please be aware that the driving test will be conducted in English so a good standard of spoken English will be required to take your test.

    Lime provides COVID19-safe instruction

Due to the current pandemic, we will follow all government guidance for driving instructors meaning that your vehicle will be cleaned in advance of your lesson using anti-viral spray or wipes to clean the passenger door handles inside and outside, the dashboard and any other touch points (e.g. steering wheel, sat nav, mirror).  We require that all students observe the following:

    • When you have your lesson, confirm that you are COVID symptom-free, not in quarantine or living with someone with COVID/COVID symptoms
    • Wear a face mask during lessons (unless you can produce proof of exemption on medical grounds) and take it with you when you leave
    • Wash your hands before and after your lesson
    • Wear suitable clothing which covers as much of you as possible
